Erika Vander Molen joined Merit Commercial Real Estate in October 2022. As Assistant Controller, Erika oversees the Accounting department including financial reporting for Merit’s portfolio. Erika brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting. Prior to joining Merit, she worked at MRP Realty and The Rappaport Companies in the Washington, DC area before relocating to San Antonio. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Penn State University.
