Evan Hammer, CCIM is a Senior Associate for Merit Commercial Real Estate. He specializes in office and industrial tenant representation. He strives to provide unmatched attention and flexibility to his client’s unique property needs.
Prior to Merit, Evan spent six years in Dallas-Fort Worth with Whitebox Real Estate representing office and industrial tenants. Evan has represented groups in over 1.8M SF of office and industrial space. In addition, he has assisted in several significant land purchases.
Evan graduated from TCU with a major in entrepreneurial management and a minor in finance, where he is now a member of the Young Professional Council for the TCU Center for Real Estate. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member Designee, and active in the local Urban Land Institute Member here in San Antonio.
