Will successfully completed a very complex Wal-Mart transaction in Castroville, TX. In addition to negotiating a Purchase Agreement with Will, we negotiated an Easement with Covenants and Restrictions Agreement (ECR) and a Joint Development Agreement (JDA). Together we worked with the City of Castroville and Medina County for platting, road construction and dedication and offsite utility extensions. We also had to work with TXDOT for the construction and dedication of a traffic signal on US Hwy. 90.
