Gabe joined Merit Commercial Real Estate in 2021 as an Associate on Merit’s transaction team. Gabe specializes in Tenant Representation and industrial leasing.
Prior to joining Merit, Gabe gained a deep level of experience with building systems and operations working for Stream Realty Partners in San Antonio where he was responsible for nearly 3 million SF of industrial buildings.
Gabe also served Honorably in the United States Army from 2010-2017. During his tenure in the Army, Gabe led multiple teams in combat operations and received numerous commendations for Valor, Merit, and efficiency.
Gabe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Texas A&M – San Antonio.
