Will Collins is the Co-CEO of Merit Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Collins has served in various capacities of leadership, management and
transactional work in the real estate and finance industries over the past 18 years. His experience includes investing, developing and
managing more than 1,500,000 square feet and $500 million in commercial real estate assets. In addition, Will is experienced in landlord
and tenant representation and private equity investments.
Mr. Collins is also a Director and investor in Vantage Bank Texas, a $3 billion state-wide bank. He has been actively involved in the
acquisitions, restructuring and growth of the bank
Active in community affairs, Mr. Collins also serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for St. Luke’s Episcopal School in San Antonio,
Director of the Texas Business Hall of Fame, member of the Diocesan Development Committee for the Episcopal Dioceses of West Texas
and Founder of the Friends for Hope Children’s Cancer Foundation.
